TL;DR
Use the platform responsibly, do not break the law, do not abuse the service. We will not sell your data or lock you in. If we do change something major, we will tell you ahead.
1. The service
CLAWPIXLABS is a free no-code platform for building AI. We provide tools, hosting, and the underlying models. You provide the ideas.
2. Your account
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials secure
- The content of AIs you build
- Following these terms and the law
3. What you can do
- Build, publish, and share AIs
- Use the API and embed code (within reasonable rate limits)
- Export your builds and migrate elsewhere
- Fork public AIs and customize
4. What you can NOT do
- Build AIs that harm, harass, or deceive others
- Generate illegal content (CSAM, violent threats, etc.)
- Spam, phishing, or impersonation
- Attempt to compromise our infrastructure
- Resell the platform without permission
Violations result in account termination and possibly legal action.
5. Intellectual property
Your builds: you own them. Period.
Our platform: CLAWPIXLABS branding and proprietary tools belong to us.
Models: underlying AI models have their own licenses (we comply with all of them).
6. Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it. The service is provided "as is" without warranties.
7. Termination
You can delete your account anytime. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms — with notice when possible.
8. Changes
If we update these terms in a way that affects you, we email 14 days before changes apply.
